Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes—if it’s unused and in the original packaging, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Clippers, trimmers, and sanitary items that have been opened are not eligible for return.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at support@elitebarbersupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get you the info you need.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Q: Do you offer discounts for barbershops or bulk orders?

Q: What clipper should I start with as a beginner?
A: We recommend the WAHL Magic Clip Cordless or the WAHL Essentials Combo—both are beginner-friendly but shop-level quality.
